  • Overview Metrics (KPIs)
  • Top Products by Demand

  • Revenue Attribution (Growth plan)

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of your analytics dashboard, you'll see four main metrics:

Total Subscriptions

The total number of customer subscriptions ever created in your store.

What it tells you: Overall demand for your back-in-stock service

Growth indicators:

  • Increasing - Growing customer interest
  • Steady - Consistent demand
  • Decreasing - May need promotion

Active Subscriptions

Number of subscriptions currently waiting for restock.

What it tells you: Current pent-up demand

Why it matters:

  • High number = significant demand waiting
  • Low number = most products in stock
  • Trend shows inventory management effectiveness

Emails Sent This Month

Total back-in-stock notifications sent in the current billing period.

What it tells you: Notification activity level

Plan tracking:

  • Free plan: 500 emails/month limit
  • Growth plan: Unlimited

Email Success Rate

Percentage of emails successfully delivered (not bounced or failed).

What it tells you: Email deliverability health

Benchmarks:

  • 95%+ - Excellent
  • 90-95% - Good
  • Below 90% - Needs attention

Low success rate causes:

  • Invalid email addresses
  • Spam complaints
  • Temporary delivery issues

Top Products by Demand

This section shows which products generate the most subscription interest.

Metrics Displayed

For each product variant, you'll see:

Metric Description
Product Name Product and variant details

Advanced Analytics (Growth Plan)

Unlock detailed performance metrics with Growth plan:

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

What it is: Percentage of delivered emails where customer clicked the product link

CTR: 24.7%

Industry Benchmarks:

  • 20%+ - Excellent
  • 15-20% - Above average

  • Median time - Middle value (more accurate for outliers)
  • Fastest products - Which products get clicked quickest

Example insights:

Average: 2.5 hours
Median: 45 minutes
Fastest: 8 minutes (Premium Sneakers - Limited Edition)

Why it matters:

  • Fast clicks = high urgency/demand
  • Slow clicks = may need better email copy
  • Product-specific patterns = customer behavior insights

Revenue Attribution

Track which back-in-stock notifications lead to actual purchases.

How it works:

  1. Customer clicks product link in email
  2. Attribution token saved to their cart
  3. If they purchase within 7 days, order is attributed
  4. You see revenue and commission in dashboard

Metrics shown:

  • Attributed Orders - Orders from BIS emails
  • Attributed Revenue - Total sales attributed
  • Attribution Rate - % of clicks that convert
  • Average Order Value - Revenue per attributed order
