What it tells you: Current pent-up demand
Why it matters:

- Trend shows inventory management effectiveness

Percentage of emails successfully delivered (not bounced or failed).
What it tells you: Email deliverability health
Benchmarks:

Time-to-Click Analytics
What it is: How quickly customers click after receiving notification
Metrics tracked:

- Median time - Middle value (more accurate for outliers)
- Fastest products - Which products get clicked quickest
Example insights:
Average: 2.5 hours
Median: 45 minutes
Fastest: 8 minutes (Premium Sneakers - Limited Edition)
Why it matters:
- Fast clicks = high urgency/demand
- Slow clicks = may need better email copy
- Product-specific patterns = customer behavior insights
Revenue Attribution
Track which back-in-stock notifications lead to actual purchases.
How it works:
- Customer clicks product link in email
- Attribution token saved to their cart
- If they purchase within 7 days, order is attributed
- You see revenue and commission in dashboard
Metrics shown:
- Attributed Orders - Orders from BIS emails
- Attributed Revenue - Total sales attributed
- Attribution Rate - % of clicks that convert
- Average Order Value - Revenue per attributed order
