WooCommerce product restocks

DemandLoop receives the stock status change from WooCommerce and counts available units against the subscriber queue for that product.

Fair Queue calculates the batch

Based on your settings, DemandLoop sends notifications only to the first N subscribers — proportional to the stock quantity that returned.

Remaining subscribers wait for the next restock

Subscribers not notified in this batch stay in the queue and are prioritized when additional inventory arrives.

Subscribers are queued in the order they signed up. The earliest subscriber is notified first — transparent and fair to your customers.

What happens to customers not included in the first batch?

They remain in the queue and are first in line for the next restock. They receive a notification as soon as more inventory arrives.

Can I turn off Fair Queue for specific products?

Yes. You can configure Fair Queue globally or per product from the DemandLoop dashboard.

Does Fair Queue work with WooCommerce variable products?

Yes. Each variation has its own independent queue. A restock of size-M is handled separately from size-L.

Can I manually trigger a notification batch?

Yes. From the DemandLoop dashboard you can manually send a batch for any product at any time, regardless of stock updates.
