Does it support variable products?

Yes. DemandLoop detects out-of-stock variations automatically and shows a Notify Me button for each unavailable option. Customers subscribe at the variation level so they only get alerted for the exact size, color, or option they want.

Will it work with caching?

Yes. DemandLoop loads stock status via a lightweight API call, so it works alongside Shopify’s CDN and popular WordPress caching plugins (WP Super Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, W3 Total Cache) without any extra configuration.

Can I use my own SMTP provider?

DemandLoop sends notifications through its own deliverability engine with SPF/DKIM authentication and bounce management. On paid plans you can set up a custom sending domain for maximum inbox placement.
