Configurable attribution window

Attribution data is pulled directly from Shopware orders via event subscriber — no pixel, no JavaScript tracking snippet, no additional plugin required.

GDPR-friendly

Attribution uses server-side token matching, not third-party cookies. Works regardless of browser privacy settings, cookie banners, or ad blockers.

Common questions

DemandLoop appends a unique token to every notification link. When the customer clicks and completes a Shopware order, that order is matched to the token server-side. No cookie or pixel needed.
By default, purchases within 7 days of a notification click are attributed to DemandLoop. You can adjust this window from the DemandLoop dashboard settings.
As long as the purchase occurs within your attribution window, it is attributed. The customer may have browsed and returned to your Shopware store later.
Yes. Email and web push attributions are tracked separately in your analytics dashboard so you can compare channel performance.
Basic click tracking is available on all plans. Full revenue attribution with Shopware order matching requires a Starter plan or higher.
