DemandLoop receives the stock change via PrestaShop hooks and counts available units against the subscriber queue for that product.

Fair Queue calculates the batch

Based on your settings, DemandLoop sends notifications only to the first N subscribers — proportional to the stock quantity that returned.

Remaining subscribers wait for the next restock

Subscribers are queued in the order they signed up. The earliest subscriber is notified first — transparent and fair to your customers.

What happens to customers not included in the first batch?

They remain in the queue and are first in line for the next restock. They receive a notification as soon as more inventory arrives.

Can I turn off Fair Queue for specific products?

Yes. You can configure Fair Queue globally or per product from the DemandLoop dashboard.

Does Fair Queue work with PrestaShop product combinations?

Yes. Each combination has its own independent queue. A restock of one attribute set is handled separately from others.

Can I manually trigger a notification batch?
